일단 USB 드라이버 먼저 꼭 설치해주세요.

다운받아서 압축 풀어두시고.

adb 디버깅 된 상태에서 adb.bat를 실행시켜서 하셔도 되고요.

아니면 fastboot 모드로 들어가서 fastboot.bat를 실행시키셔도 됩니다.
